Mail Operations Improvements

This sprint we worked on improving the internal tools our operations teams use to process mail and ensure you get your documents when you need them.

Performance Improvements

. This sprint we invested time in dashboard performance. Most pages should load faster now, especially if you are using teams, permissions, or multiple addresses.

New York Processing Center

This sprint we also improved the software and procedures in our New York processing center to ensure your mail can continue to be delivered quickly and accurately.

Internal Tooling

This sprint invested time and resources into the internal tools we use to get mail delivered to your virtual mailbox quickly and accurately.

Check webhooks

We just released check level webhook events which include:

• check.created
• check.processing
• check.completed
• check.failed

Additionally, the check object has been updated to include timestamps for creation and the time it transitions between statuses (created → processing, processing → completed, processing or completed → failed). The check object has also been updated to include a mailItemId so we can relate the check back to the mail item.

Search on Grow plans

Search on Grow plans is no longer paywalled! Now anyone using Stable can use search which will return results for any words that appear on the outside of pieces of mail.

Locations API

We’ve introduce the ability to upload onboarding documents directly to the API. You can view the docs here. Previously, onboarding documents had to be uploaded via our hosted URLs.

Multi-bank account support for ECD

We can now support up to 10 Stable holding accounts per organization, each configured to deposit to 1 external bank account. We can also increase this limit upon request. Before this update organizations were only able to configure deposits from 1 stable holding around to 1 external account.

Electronic check deposits

This sprint we shipped a number of smaller electronic check deposit improvements and bug fixes.
