Classification improvements

This sprint we improved some of our check detection software to more accurately and quickly identify information within your checks.

Access Recipients via API

This sprint we added more functionality to our Public API. For example, you can now access transcribed recipient information off of the Mail Item object.

Launch Seattle

Mail operations improvements

We continued to improve our mail operations and internal process in response to growing mail volumes.

Mailroom digest

We updated our weekly mailroom digests to include more relevant information. Specifically, these digests will highlight

• New mail you’ve received recently, and if any of it may require action
• Old mail that will be physically shredded soon, and if any of it may require action

Activity log

This month we added more actions to the activity log. Now you can view who deposited, shipped, or scanned your mail — this could be a user associated with your account, a mailroom automation, an API action, or someone from our support team (by request only).

API improvements

Developers can now access the OCR results on the outside of envelopes directly from our API.

Launch Chicago
