Bulk download improvements

We improved some of our bulk download functionality this sprint! Specifically, when downloading a large number of files we’ll now automatically ZIP them.

Self-serve team management

. This sprint we also shipped the ability to add, update, and delete teams self-serve! As a reminder, you can use teams to organize and group mail, and ensure only certain users can see certain pieces of mail.

Check field predictions

This sprint we improved the technology that extracts information from checks! We now automatically predict up to 11 check fields for use in our deposit workflows.

Improved auto-routing

This sprint we spent time improving auto-routing! Specifically, mail assignments will now happen more often and more accurately without having to change the rulesets you’ve already created.

Mail Operations Improvements

This sprint we continued to invest in mail operations tooling, focusing on improving and automating workflows related to data entry for mail and physical checks.
