Yes. Add a webhook endpoint in your Stable dashboard under Settings → Webhooks, then use Zapier's Webhooks trigger to connect to it. From there, you can send mail details into QuickBooks or Xero, notify your team in Slack when mail arrives, or trigger other actions in your stack. We don't have a pre-built Zap template for QuickBooks or Xero yet, so this setup takes some configuration on your end. Email priority@usestable.com if you'd like help getting started.
Our routing rules let you automatically sort incoming mail for distributed teams based on conditions like sender or keywords in the mail. You can assign mail to the right team, apply tags, or trigger actions like sharing mail by email automatically. If your team uses Slack, you can also set up real-time notifications through Zapier so team members are alerted the moment mail is routed to them.
Stable's open API and webhooks make it simple to build an integration into any modern platform. Zapier users can also leverage our webhooks to integrate. To discuss custom integrations contact sales here.
Zapier is the fastest way to connect Stable to other tools without writing code, but it has limits: complex logic gets clunky in a no-code tool, and not every action is available as a Zapier step. If your team has developer resources, our API and webhooks give you full control to build custom workflows, pull mail data on your own schedule, and integrate directly into your internal systems. Many customers start with Zapier and move to the API as their automation needs grow.
