This month we also shipped the ability to view who shredded your mail — this could be a user associated with your account, a mailroom automation, an API action, or someone from our support team (by request only).

Increased storage deadlines for packages

We are increasing the number of days we store packages! Previously, we physically stored packages for 15 days. Moving forward, we will store packages for 30 days, which is the same number of days that we currently store mail.

Mail Previews

This sprint we introduced the ability to partially view your mail before you’ve completed address authorization — our hope is this feature will make new users more aware of mail they may be receiving.

Mail Operations Improvements

This sprint we spent time improving our mail transcription process to ensure we can continue to deliver mail accurately.

Stable Lockbox

Stable Lockbox — our electronic check deposit solution — is entering beta and available for anyone to try. This solution allows you to automatically deposit checks to any bank account in as fast as 1 business day.

Launch Wyoming

We launched Stable in Cheyenne, Wyoming! This has been one of our most requested states, and we’re excited to see the businesses you all build with a Wyoming HQ.

Mail Forwarding Education

This sprint we updated our onboarding and add address workflows to better explain how mail is redirected to our primary facility for secure processing.
