Filters

Finally! Now, when viewing mail via the Stable Dashboard you can filter mail by scan status, forward status, shred status or deposit status. And we have more filters shipping soon.

Self serve onboarding

You can now create a Stable account directly from the Dashboard, without talking to a team member over video! Previously, getting a Stable address set up involved filling out some forms and scheduling a call — this new workflow will save our team a lot of time so we can continue to focus on improving Stable 🙂.

Auto Check Deposit Rules

If you use Check Deposits with Stable, you can now choose to have deposits occur daily, weekly, monthly, or any other cadence that makes sense for your Revenue team!

Mail operation improvements

We're always working hard to make mail processing times faster. This sprint, we upgraded some internal systems to better handle and ingest different types, sizes, and shapes of incoming mail.

Check Deposit Status

If you deposit checks with Stable you'll now be able to see the status of your deposits directly in the Dashboard.

Bulk Mail Actions via Email

Last sprint we shipped the ability to take bulk action on your mail in the Stable Dashboard. If you have email notifications enabled you can now do this directly from there as well.

Bulk Mail Actions

Whoopee! When you're in the Stable Dashboard you can now select multiple pieces of mail to scan, forward, or shred. This should save some serious time when processing multiple pieces of mail at once.
