Team Settings

Admins can now manage their team from the Stable Dashboard — add, update, and delete team members!

Account Settings

You can now update a variety of email notification preferences directly from the Stable Dashboard. If your team has multiple Stable addresses, you can toggle between preferences from this view too!

Saved Forwarding Addresses

When physically forwarding mail you can now select addresses you previously entered. For users that forward mail often, this should be a huge time saver!

Total Mail Count

In the Mailroom view you can now see the total amount of mail you've received! If you apply any filters, the total mail count will also reflect how many pieces of mail fit the applied criteria.

You may notice some email notifications have additional buttons. For example, when receiving document scans you can now select to "Forward All" or "Shred All" included mail.

Mail Operations Improvements

This week we spent some time improving our OCR process during mail ingestion — these types of improvements save our operations team valuable time so we can continue to deliver products updates to you.
