Mailroom Digest
We published a Mailroom Digest notification! This notification gets sent out at the start of the week and will inform you of any important action you need to take on your mail.
Mail Operations Improvements
This sprint we continued to significantly improve software and hardware updates for our mail operations team that will ensure mail is delivered quickly.
Password Authentication
You can now log in to Stable using magic link authentication or password authentication! To set a password, logout and then select "Login with password" on our authentication page.

Mail Storage
When viewing mail in the Stable Dashboard you will now be able to see the number of days of physical storage you have remaining with a specific package or piece of mail.
As a reminder, we store packages for at least 15 days and mail for at least 30 days.
Registered Agent Updates
We updated our Registered Agent infrastructure to improve response times. For example, mail notifications are now being delivered more immediately.

Address Settings
Manage the business recipients and individual recipients associated with each of your Stable addresses. This view will also allow you to manage your Slack integration!
Small UI Updates
You may notice some smaller UI updates throughout the Stable Dashboard. For example, on the "My Address" page we now surface which individual recipient (if any) is associated with the currently signed in account.
Billing Updates
You can now manage more billing preferences directly from the Billing tab in the Stable Dashboard!
Stable Reminders
Launching Stable Reminders! Stable Reminders are email notifications sent directly to your inbox before important federal and state filings are due. These reminders are customized to your entity type and state(s) you've registered to do business in.
It’s nothing fancy, just reminders, and all for free
Team Settings
Admins can now manage their team from the Stable Dashboard — add, update, and delete team members!
Account Settings
You can now update a variety of email notification preferences directly from the Stable Dashboard. If your team has multiple Stable addresses, you can toggle between preferences from this view too!
