Launching in Delaware

This month our operations team has been hard at work preparing for the launch of our new Stable address in Delaware. Today, we officially launched this address in Dover, Delaware. If you’re interested in learning more, or getting a Stable address set up in Delaware you can respond to this email directly!

Performance Improvements

This sprint we improved performance — you should see noticeably faster page loads when clicking around the Dashboard. For example, a core Dashboard query has improved performance from 634ms to 250ms load time. Most queries are loading 50% to 60% faster.

Mail Operations Improvements

This sprint we continued to improve software being used by our mail operations team — for example, the way document scans are now being uploaded has been improved to significantly quicken turn around times.

This sprint we continued to significantly improve software and hardware for our mail operations team — for example, you may notice that your mail is now being labeled with QR codes. These types of improvement ensure we can continue to deliver your mail quickly and accurately.

Bug Fixes and Improvements

. We also spent this sprint fixing a number of bugs and upgrading certain workflows within the Dashboard. For example, you may notice small updates in our onboarding process.

Bulk Archive Mail

You can now bulk archive mail directly from the Mailroom view in the Stable Dashboard! This is an improvement on our previous Archive feature because you can now archive multiple pieces of mail at once.

Archive Mail

You can now archive mail directly from the Stable Dashboard! It’s useful to archive mail when you no longer need immediate access to it and want to clear out your main mailroom views. To archive mail, just select a piece of mail and click the Archive button. You can view mail you’ve archived by toggling your filters, or by click on the Archived Mail view under the Mailroom section in the navigation bar.
