We recently launched Stable Webhooks (beta) which programmatically inform you of important events related to your mail like when it is received, scanned, or deposited.
This month, we began publishing new event types in response to certain mail reception and document scanning actions.
This sprint we spent time improving tools that our Customer Experience team uses to resolve support and operations queries. We strive to provide a first-class customer experience and work like this ensure we can continue to improve for you!

This sprint we launched a Stable Webhooks service in Beta, which can be integrated with services like Zapier. Stable Webhooks programmatically inform you of important events related to your mail like when it is received, scanned, or deposited. Every webhook is delivered with the same data that is accessible in the Dashboard like ID, who it was sent to, when it was received, and more.
This Sprint we continued to improve Dashboard performance and were able to make further gains — the Dashboard is now loading significantly faster (p95 < 1s).
This sprint we launched printed Shipping Labels. You can physically forward mail you receive at your Stable Address to anywhere in the world — moving forward the Shipping Labels on these items will be printed.
This launch is significant because it allows us to (1) pass better shipping rates on to you and (2) speed up processing times for mail forwards!
