Mail + Check Filters

This sprint we launched new filters. In the finance view, users can now filter checks by check number — this should make searching for a check by a specific number much faster. In the mailroom view, users can now filter mail by whether or not a check was detected within it — this should make triaging mail with checks in them much faster.
