Read + Unread

To date, it’s been the responsibility of users to understand whether or not they’ve viewed and handled a piece of mail — moving forward, that will no longer be the case.

Read and Unread statuses and the Unread View introduce a familiar way to manage the state of your mail — it works in a similar way to an email inbox, with a few key differences around how mail is marked as unread.

Mail is marked as unread when:

 
• It is first received
• An internal document scan is completed
• It is manually marked as Unread

• It is viewed
• It is manually marked as Read
