Entity Monitoring for All Registered Agents

Entity Monitoring is now included for free in every state where you have a Stable Registered Agent.

‍

Entity Monitoring automatically checks your entity standing with the Secretary of State each month and alerts you if something needs attention. For example, if there is a change in your entity standing, a registered agent, or on file information.

‍

Entity Monitoring is included for free with every Registered Agent to create peace of mind and increase visibility into your state compliance.

Bulk Import Routing Rules

You can now bulk import routing rules using a CSV.

  • Upload a CSV with columns for rule name, conditions (sender, recipient, document scan/keywords), and actions (tag, team, email forwarding). A downloadable example template is included.
  • Preview all parsed rules in a table before importing. Rules that can't be imported (bad team/tag names, duplicates, missing data) are dimmed with specific reasons.
  • Optionally overwrite existing rules by name, so customers can export, edit in a spreadsheet, and re-import to bulk update.
  • Progress tracking shows created/updated/failed counts as rules are imported in batches.
  • Validation catches missing columns, invalid emails, duplicate names, and oversized files upfront with clear error messages.

Test Routing Rules On Existing Mail

You can now understand how routing rules will behave before you save them!

  • A new Test Conditions button under Conditions in the routing rule modal shows how many mail items from the last 90 days match.
  • It will also list the 10 most recent mail items, each with a link to the piece of mail.
  • It matches exactly the way live rules do, so what it shows is what the rule would have caught
