Dashboard Updates

This sprint we shipped a number of incremental dashboard improvements. For example, you can now tag mail across multiple locations, the mail card layouts were updated in response to feedback, and we improved the Mail View timeline.

Document Scan Improvements

This sprint we improved the quality and default dimensions of pages within document scans. Moving forward, every page within a document scan will have the same width while maintaining its aspect ratio. The quality of images in general have improved as well.

We spent time this sprint responding to feedback from the Dashboard redesign, shipping features like more visible share + download buttons, search within filter drop downs, updated copy, and more.

A Redesigned Dashboard

Mail + Check Filters

This sprint we launched new filters. In the finance view, users can now filter checks by check number — this should make searching for a check by a specific number much faster. In the mailroom view, users can now filter mail by whether or not a check was detected within it — this should make triaging mail with checks in them much faster.
