We introduced two exciting features within Stable — Teams and Team Mail Assignment. Combined together, these features introduce a new way to securely triage and assign mail to the appropriate people within your organization — all while ensuring no individual gains access to a document that they shouldn’t.

We recently improved document scans — specifically, moving forward you should be able to copy the text in your documents directly from the PDF. Additionally, if you’re interfacing with our API you can now access the detected text programatically.
To date, it’s been the responsibility of users to understand whether or not they’ve viewed and handled a piece of mail — moving forward, that will no longer be the case.
Read and Unread statuses and the Unread View introduce a familiar way to manage the state of your mail — it works in a similar way to an email inbox, with a few key differences around how mail is marked as unread.

To date, if you wanted to add a new Stable Address to your account you needed to fill out a Typeform. Moving forward, you will be able to do this self-serve!
This sprint we improved the process to share mail. Specifically, we made it easier to reference emails you may have shared mail with in the past. Additionally, we updated the shared mail notification to include references back to the Stable Dashboard.
Finally, we introduce a Talk To Sales section on our website to make it simpler to talk to someone on our team about using Stable!
Moving forward, there will be a dedicated section in the Stable Dashboard for checks. Specifically, you’ll now be able to view more information about checks that are detected and checks that are deposited.
Our team spent time this sprint preparing for our SOC2 Type 2 audit which involved upgrading parts of our infrastructure.
