๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ’ป๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿ’ป Role

As our Channel Partnerships Lead, youโ€™ll own a critical growth channel that reaches hundreds of thousands of companies and drives a significant portion of Stables growth. Your focus will span three key areas: sourcing and closing new referral partners, nurturing and expanding relationships with existing referral partners, and running integrated marketing campaigns that amplify reach and performance within our partner ecosystem.

Our current referral partners range from incorporation companies, law firms, bookkeepers, accelerators, and VCs โ€” all of whom recommend Stable to their clients as the best-in-class business address solution. With a product that serves all business types, across every stage and vertical, the opportunity to scale this channel is immense.

This role blends strategic relationship-building with hands-on execution across partner marketing, campaign management, and referral funnel optimization.

A few of your responsibilities & projects will include:

Establish new referral partnerships

  • Identify, prioritize, and close new high-value partners through outbound outreach, discovery conversations, demos, and negotiations.
  • Create scalable outreach playbooks to consistently generate new inbound and outbound partner leads.
  • Build deep understanding of each partner's incentive structures and how Stable can align as a value-add in their workflows.

Own and grow existing referral relationships

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our top referral partners, maintaining regular communication and tracking key performance metrics (referrals, conversion, payouts).
  • Develop new opportunities for engagement and growth โ€” including tiered incentives, training sessions, and cross-sell strategies.

Run partner marketing campaigns

  • Design and execute campaigns in collaboration with partners to promote Stable to their audiences (co-branded content, newsletters, webinars, events, etc.).
    Build campaign collateral and toolkits that make it easy for partners to evangelize Stable.
  • Track and analyze campaign results, iterating to maximize ROI and partner satisfaction.

This role is ideal for someone energized by building long-term relationships, motivated by experimentation, and excited to blend creative marketing with strategic partnerships. Youโ€™ll wear many hats and have high ownership in a fast-paced, collaborative team.

  • Close and launch new referral partnerships aligned with company goals
    Manage and grow performance across existing referral partners
  • Run integrated marketing campaigns to drive awareness and referral volume
  • Build outbound campaigns, marketing materials, and enablement resources
  • Collaborate across Product Marketing, CX, and Design to deepen partner engagement
  • Track performance, analyze impact, and share learnings with the broader team

  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships, marketing, or growth roles
  • Proven success with B2B referral/affiliate programs or ecosystem marketing
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
  • Comfort with CRM tools and performance reporting
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and working autonomously
  • Bonus: experience at an early-stage startup or working across law, accounting, incorporation, or VC networks
