What is your Fair Use Policy?

We believe that mail reception volume (i.e. the number of pieces of mail you receive at your Stable address) should not be a deciding factor in choosing a virtual mailbox provider.

Unless otherwise indicated on an Order Form, the “Launch”, “Grow”, and “Scale” Plans each have a soft limit of receiving 100 pieces of mail per month. This limit resets at the start of each monthly billing cycle. 

We believe that mail reception volume (i.e. the number of pieces of mail you receive at your Stable address) should not be a deciding factor in choosing a virtual mailbox provider and we understand you may not be able to reasonably predict how many pieces of mail you expect to receive. Based on historical usage of our customer base, we have seen that receiving 100 pieces of mail per month far exceeds the needs for most businesses. 

If you receive more than 100 pieces of mail per month, our Sales team may reach out about finding a plan that best fits your needs.

Stable will provide notice of if a customer’s usage is in excess of this limit. We reserve the right to stop any customer’s use of Stable services that exceeds the usage allowance included in their plan, or that appears to be abusive or is unduly burdensome.
