How we can help?

What is the difference between an administrator and a user?

An administrator can control all mail while a user can only control mail addressed to them.

Individuals who can access the Stable Dashboard have one of two types of permissions: administrator or user.

Administrators are individuals who can view and take action on any mail received at the mailbox. Users are individuals who can only view and take action on mail specifically addressed to them at the mailbox.

If you choose, both administrators and users can be authorized recipients, which means we are allowed to accept mail in their name (i.e. “Sally Smith”).

All users or administrators also have the option to turn on or off email notifications regarding new mail, new document scans, forward confirmations, and check deposit confirmations. If you wish to update these notification settings, you can send an email to hello@usestable.com with your request.
