What is a Secondary ID?

A Secondary ID is an ID with your name and address.

When opening a Stable address, we need to file a USPS 1583 form. In order to verify your identity, this form requires you provide a Secondary ID.

Your Secondary ID must include your name and an address. Valid forms of Secondary ID include:

  • A second Primary ID
  • Lease
  • Mortgage
  • Deed of trust
  • Voter Registration Card
  • Vehicle Registration Card
  • Home Insurance Policy
  • Vehicle Insurance Policy
  • Utility bill
  • Form I-94, Arrival, and Departure Record
