Stable works with local CMRAs to receive and handle your mail. We know each of our partners personally, and they have all been running their businesses profitably for 35+ years. Only authorized employees are allowed to view or otherwise handle your mail.
From a facility standpoint, mail is physically stored in a location with multiple physical layers of security. The mail center is also only accessible by authorized personnel with limited access to pre-approved areas.
Your digitized mail is only viewable by those to whom you grant access like a co-founder, executive assistance, or team member. Stable only allows trained and authorized employees to access customer data in our systems. Employees are unable to access or otherwise view highly sensitive data.
